1 kabosha 100 g smoked tofu 2 eggs 1 Tbsp. fresh cream 75 g Swiss cheese 1 pie shell Sesame seeds |
Brush the pumpkin under running water. Cut it into pieces and remove the seeds. Steam the pumpkin for 15 minutes. Cut the tofu in dice Smash the pumpkin into a purée and add the beaten eggs and the fresh cream. Add the tofu and part of the Swiss cheese. Mix and add salt and pepper. Pour the mixture onto the shell, sprinkle the remaining of the cheese and the sesame seeds. Place in the oven th.6 for 30 minutes. |
