150 g of flour 75 g of margarine
½ glass of water 1 tsp. of salt Do not use salt if you make a sweet pie.

In a bowl, sieve the flour and dig a hole in the centre.
Soften the margarine and put it in the hole.
Mix the dough until it has the consistency of sand.
Add the water.
Gather the whole and let rest 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Dust the work plan and the rolling pin with flour and then lower the dough. |
