Chocolate and hazelnuts cake |

100 g of dark chocolate 4 Tbsp soy milk 250 g of sugar 150 g of flour 1 tsp. baking powder 100 g of hazelnuts in powder 6 eggs |
Melt the chocolate and let cool. Grill the hazelnuts in a pan. Preheat the oven in 180 degrees. Beat the egg whites until they begin to foam Blend the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture become pale yellow. Add the powder of hazelnut and the melted chocolate. Mix well. Stir in the flour and baking powder. Mix again and incorporate delicately the whites in the dough. Grease a 22 cm diameter pan and pour the preparation. Cook 40 minutes. Serve when still warm with vanilla ice or English cream. |
