1 l soy milk vanilla flavor 6 eggs yolks 150 g sugar |
Bring the milk to a boiling point.
Separate the yolk from the white of the egg. Add the sugar to the yolks and whisk till you obtain a thick and pale mixture. When the milk starts to boil pour on top of the egg + sugar mix and whisk firmly. Transfer the mixture back to the pot you used for the milk. Cook slowly the custard over low heat. Keep on stirring, using a wooden spatula until you get the creamy consistence. |
