1 tsp sunflower oil 2 cloves garlic, mashed 1 small onion, sliced 1 tsp fresh ginger root, grated 2 carrots, thinly sliced 100 g mushroom, thinly sliced 2 Tbsp miso 1 litre water |
Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and onions, sauté until soft. Add fresh ginger root, carrots and mushrooms. Cook and additional 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender. Dissolve miso in 100 ml of water and add it to the vegetables in the saucepan along with the remaining water. Reheat and serve. |
