Creamy lima beans soup |

200 g dry lima beans 1 carrot 1 onion 1 bouquet garnish 1 clove 10 cl soy milk Salt and pepper Parsley and chervil freshly chopped. |
Soak overnight the dry beans in the cold water.
In a big pan, pour the carrot cut in pieces, the onion dotted with the clove and the bouquet garnish. |
