Mushrooms sauce |

2 Tbsp sunflower oil 4 Tbsp flour 1/2 l of water 300 g fresh mushrooms 1 Tbsp cognac Salt and pepper |
Cut mushrooms in small strips and sauté them in a frying pan.
Warm on slow fire the sunflower oil. Add the flour and mix to obtain a smooth and thick dough. Pour slowly the water while continuing to stir. Add mushrooms. Flavor and add the cognac. |
