250 g chickpeas cooked 2 Tbsp tahini 3 garlic cloves crushed 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp cumin crushed 1 lemon juice Salt and pepper |
Put all the ingredients in the mixer and blend until you obtain a smooth purée.
Can be served on toasts (roasted sesame bread goes very well with it). |
