1 L of soymilk 70 g of sunflower oil 70 g of flour |
Warm the oil in a pan over low heat. When it begins to sizzle, add the flour all at once.
Mix vigorously either with a whip or a wooden spatula. Let cook until yelow-brown, stirring constantly to incorporate and cook flour. Add then bit by bit the soymilk little by little while keeping stirring. If your sauce is not smooth you can blend it a few minutes in the mixer. |
