Rice with cashew nuts |

500 g rice cooked 100 g of cashew nut 1 onion 1 big red apple 3 celery branches 1 Tbsp sunflower oil Salt and pepper |
Cut the onion, the apple and the celery in small pieces. Fry them in an oiled frying pan.
Add three Tbsp of water and let simmer for 10 minutes. Add the rice. Mix all the ingredients. |
