Almonds and garbanzo beans pilaf |

300 g brown rice 2 tbsp peanut oil 70 g cashews 70 g sliced almonds 1 minced onion 1 tsp ground cumin 200 g cooked garbanzo beans 80 g raisins 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley |
Heat 600 ml of water in a pan. When boiling, add the rice and let cook 30 minutes (until the rice is tender). In a frying pan, heat the peanut oil. Add the cashews and almonds. Let fry until golden. Remove from the pan and put aside. |
