Ingredients
Instructions
2 avocados
225 g tofu
50 g green pepper
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Cut in half and remove the seeds from the avocados
Mix together for filling all the ingredients (except avocados).
Stuff each avocado half with this filling.
