Fruits and vegetables are the partners of a diet but also the allies when you want to fill up your body with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

In summer, we find quantity of fruits and vegetables on the stands.

If in winter it is not easy to eat the 5 recommended fruits and vegetables a day, in summer you have no excuses.

Melon, watermelon, strawberries, peach, apricots...
So many fruits to grab!

They are full of vitamins, mainly beta-carotene and vitamin C.

These two vitamins are known for their anti-oxidizing role as well as the zinc, the magnesium and the selenium contained in it. They are going to stop the free radicals generated by sun exposure and prevent them to damage our cells.
