Vegetable broth recipe

2 carrots with their green tops
1 small bunch of celery stalk
1 small beet
1 large potato
1 small onion
Few spinach leaves
Parsley
Thyme
Garlic

Bring 1.5 liter of water to boil and add all veggies, chopped.
Cover and cook slowly 30 minutes.
Drain the broth. You can keep the vegetables for the next day but today you just want the fluid.

DO NOT USE SALT.

This recipe will supply you for one day.
The vegetable broth can be drunk hot or old.
The broth must be fresh for the morning in order to benefit from its nutritional values.
