Smoked tofu kebab |

300 g smoked tofu 100 g fresh mushrooms 1 green pepper 2 tomatoes 3 small onions 4 Tbsp. olive oil 1 Tbsp. thyme Salt and pepper |
Dice the smoked tofu, green pepper and tomatoes. Cut the mushrooms and the onions in four.
Thread each ingredient on the skewer. Mix the oil, salt, pepper and thyme then brush the kebabs with the mixture. Place them on the barbecue and turn often. |
