480 g seitan (bought or homemade)

Marinade:
4 Tbsp. sesame oil
Oregano-thyme-cilantro-dry jalapeño-paprika.

For the skewer:
1 bell pepper
4 tomatoes
1 onion

Mix together the oil and spices for the marinade. Cover each ball of seitan with this marinade and let marinate for an hour.

Thread the skewers with the marinated seitan, alternating with pieces of tomatoes, pepper and onions.

Brush over the skewer with the rest of marinade and place on the grill. Turn often until cooked.
