700 g steamed pumpkin 500 g millet cooked 150 ml soy milk 2 eggs Salt and pepper Nutmeg 40 g chopped hazelnuts 40 g chopped almonds |
Brush the pumpkin under running water. Cut it into pieces and remove the seeds. Steam the pumpkin for 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook the millet. Smash the pumpkin into a purée and add the soy milk and the eggs. Add the strained millet. Mix and add salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour the mixture in a pan. Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts and almonds. Place in the oven th.8 for 30 minutes. |
