4 tomatoes 100 g fresh dates 200 g cooked kidney beans 1 avocado 1 lemon Lettuce |
Cut tomatoes in small pieces.
Split dates in two and remove the pits. Cut the avocado in two, remove the core and peel it. Cut its flesh in small squares. Put these three ingredients in a dish and pour immediately the lemon juice so that the avocado will not oxidize. Add kidney beans. Add the vinaigrette sauce. Wash some nice lettuce leaves and place them on the bottom of dish then put the preparation. Place one hour in the refrigerator before serving. |
