Pineapple with kirsch |

1 pineapple 4 Tbsp. Kirsch 80 g sugar Juice of 2 limes 16 cherries marinated in liquor 4 balls of cherries sherbet |
Peel and cut the pineapple in large slices. Remove the heart of every slice. Put these slices in a bowl and marinate with the kirsch, the sugar and the lime juice. Let marinate 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Then, drain carefully and place them on the grill. Let cook for 5 minutes turning them regularly and spraying with some of the marinade juice until slices are caramelized. Place two slices of pineapple by plate. Add a cherries sherbet. Garnish, if you want, with a few cherries that have marinated in liquor. |
